Professional Background
Jerry studied design and photography at San Jose State University in the 1980s and worked as a commercial photographer in the Silicon Valley, shooting products and architecture. His family's roots in real estate have given Jerry a long history in construction and remodeling, both with planning and hands-on elements.
Approach to Kitchen Design
Jerry asks all clients to consider their top three priorities for their new kitchen. Into that mix goes the cabinet style and finish, floor and countertop choices, windows, appliances and everything else that makes up the final look and feel of the new space. Jerry strives for visually interesting kitchens that have highly functional workspaces—something that clients will be pleased with today and ten years from now. Good design never goes out of style!
When Not Designing Kitchens...
You'll find Jerry remodeling the 1886 Victorian home that he shares with his wife Maureen, knocking off a few hills on his road bike, printing a batch of negatives in his darkroom, or beating a path to distant lands for yet another adventure in dining and hiking. |
